By using our website, contacting us, requesting an estimate, or scheduling service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

1. Our Services

Hook & Ladder provides residential service work, including estimates, installation, replacement, and repair, in the areas we serve. The scope, price, and timing of any job will be described in the written estimate, work order, or invoice we provide to you. If anything in that document conflicts with these Terms, the job-specific document controls for that job.

2. Estimates and Pricing

Estimates are based on the information available at the time and the conditions we can see during our visit. If we find hidden conditions, code issues, or damage that could not reasonably be seen beforehand, we will explain the issue and get your approval before doing additional work at additional cost. Estimates are valid for the period stated on the estimate, and prices may change after that period due to changes in equipment or material costs.

3. Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations

We will do our best to arrive within the scheduled time window, but arrival times can be affected by weather, traffic, emergencies, and earlier jobs. You agree to provide safe access to the work area, keep pets and children away from the work area, and let us know about any known hazards.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as early as possible. Equipment special-ordered for your job may be subject to restocking or other charges if the job is canceled.

4. Payment and Financing

Payment is due as stated on your estimate or invoice. Financing, when offered, is provided by third-party lenders and is subject to credit approval and the lender’s own terms. Hook & Ladder is not responsible for lender decisions or terms. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees and collection costs as permitted by law.

5. Warranties

Labor warranties are provided as stated in your estimate or invoice. Equipment and parts are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, which we will register or help you register where required. Warranties do not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, freezing, flooding, water quality issues, power surges, lack of required maintenance, or repairs or changes made by others.

6. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Hook & Ladder about your inquiry, estimate, appointments, and service. With your separate consent, we may also send occasional promotional messages. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to cancel; you will receive one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (931) 981-3300. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information collected through our text messaging program is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

7. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes.
